Meditation is something that helps everyone. It is a natural process. Children often become silent and still during play with no explanation. This is probably a form of natural meditation. In today’s hustle and bustle, and “time-poor” lifestyle, we do not allow ourselves the time to “stop and stare”.
Learning the principles and practice of Meditation helps us to get in touch with our higher self, the real “you”. It also helps us quieten our mind so that we can receive messages and advice from the Spirit World. It relaxes us, it builds our energy levels and it helps us focus.
